With one of the largest personalization departments in America, we eliminate the customary four to six week delay associated with personalized merchandise. The Company's corporate headquarters is located in Rye, New York, a suburb of New York City. The National Distribution Center is situated on 62 acres in Virginia Beach, Virginia, which together with our warehouse annex, total one million square feet, the size of 21 football fields. The Company also operates a seasonal Telemarketing Center in New Rochelle, New York. There are 14 Lillian Vernon outlet stores in Virginia, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee and Delaware, and two Rue de France stores in Rhode Island. Lillian Vernon Italia, our European buying and quality control office, is in Florence, Italy.
